Last minute projects

I had the exact same thing happen at the beginning of this school year. My new approach to these last minute disasters is that if they wait until last minute and it doesn't work, I'm kicking everyone out for two hours. I don't particularly like rushing and sweating in front of a bunch of impatient people.
