Hello everyone, one topic (though not for a whole show) I'd like to hear is about fitbit and pedometers. How can they help in the weight loss lifestyle?
Thanks!!

Hey LinuxGhost!
Thanks for the suggestion! We actually did an episode about the FitBit a while back. Take a listen to it and let me know what you think. Thanks for listening!

Linux Ghost, I went out and bought a Fitbit after hearing the episode on 1M1W and really enjoy using it. I mainly just watch the step count. I try to get 10000 steps everyday and the software pretty well holds me to it. The program just adds another level of accountability to my exercise program. Since it syncs automatically whenever I get home, I never have to record anything. I don't ever log my food into the program, because weight loss is not a goal, just fitness. Good Luck,
Thanks for chiming in Johnny. I hear that it also has an altimeter, so do you keep track of the steps you've climbed as well?
