Bacon!

As I've mentioned a few times on a couple of shows (ok, so I've babbled about it incessantly), I recently decide to make my own bacon.  Well, today was THE day.  After 10 days in the cure, 6 hours of low-temp hickory smoking, one night of resting in the fridge, and careful slicing with my ancient deli slicer, I've just enjoyed some fresh, crisp, luscious bacon that was made by my own hand.  It. Was. Awesome.

Wizeone,  there's a flaw in your reasoning.  You seem to think it would take me longer than my typical lunch break to finish that.  You're mistaken, my friend. Sadly, tragically, most definitely mistaken.

You know bacon is really cornering the market on all types of food, I saw a yogurt  that was flavored Bacon......I did not try it mainly because I value bacon in its current form and do not think yogurt should have such flavors...

That's awesome!  Though, I'm not sure "sloppy joe" actually counts as a meat.
